This tea blend is crafted and made by @makingwavestea in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. This loose leaf tea is made with the finest sources, inspired by the breaking waves and breaking the cycle of vulnerability!

Ingredients: Apple, rosehips, cranberries, spearmint, orange peel, natural orange flavor, rose petals, natural creme flavor, calendula & safflower.

Steep: 1 heaping teaspoon of tea in 7 oz. of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy hot or iced. Each bag contains 10-14 cups of tea!
